How to Quote

What Is Our Workflow

Consultation

Feel free to send us your signs with your requirements in details, or at least rough ideas. We will assist you with 1 to 1 service.
We will need the vector files of your sign in PDF, EPS, AI or CDR form if you have your own design. Or pls tell us your rough idea, we will try to make a design according to it.

Payment

Normally we need full payment before fabrication becasue of custom-made work. We accept TT, Paypal, Alipay and Western Union.
Total price of the offer includes price and shipping postage. We can take price part as the deposit / first payment before fabrication. Or talk to us about it directly if you have speical orders.

Fabrication & Test

We will begin the custom-made work after payment asap, and have a test before shipping permit. A standard sign only need 7 working days.
Signs quantity, dimension and other elements will all influence it due to actual situations. We will try to match your schedule as we can when we handle quality control.

Permit & Balance

We will send you photo proof of your signs for shipping permit. Also we will need payment balance before shipping.
Full payment will be required before shipping. Pls pay attention to check these out on time and move the orders smoothly, we will notice you deadline in advance.

Shipping

Normally we will DHL fast express, or others you'd like to. We will track the shipping until the signs reach you safely and completely.
DHL is our first option, door to door delivery, in 5-7 working days. Tracking will be provided to help you update at any time. We will use crate package with foam boards inside to keep safety.

Installation

Professional references will be provided to help with installation, like paper drawing, accesorries, wiring, installing etc.
Normally we advise to hire a prossional installer for this work, which will ensure the signs to be handled in a good condition. This will help the signs work better and longer.

Project Promotion

Your feedback will be warmly welcomed. Whether praises or advices about the project, they are both a promotion. Pls let us know it as a credit.
After installation, if you'd like to, we will share your business with photos and videos on our social media. Hope it will do help to your brand awareness.

After Sales

Our signs will work at least 3-5 years under normal use. Project will never end, as long as you still have after sales need. We are ready here all the time.
Sometimes you just need to replace leds and do the cleaning, the signs will go on to be on duty. Or if you have need of repairs or others, pls contact us directly with details. We will assist you soon.
